Overcoming the harsh realities of his early years, including living in homeless shelters and group homes, Antwan transformed unimaginable adversity into a narrative of triumph. Currently, he serves as a Policy Fellow at the Chapin Hall Center for Children, where he contributes to transformative research, data analysis, and implementation support for initiatives benefiting children, youth, and families. In addition to his role at Chapin Hall, Antwan operates as an independent consultant, supporting small nonprofits with program development, organizational alignment, strategic planning, and grant writing.
